You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should get your refund in 5 working days of us receiving your returned item/items.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will come back quickly on how to return items from your order and which address your return should be sent to.

REFUNDS POLICY

When you order from www.firstaidsupplies.org you can have the peace of mind that if you are not entirely happy with anything that you have ordered you can return it to us and we give you a full refund.

How do I organise a return?

• Contact us on sales@firstaidsupplies.org tell us your concern with your order to see whether we can resolve the issue in some way before organising a return.
• We will give you a returns authorization number which should be marked clearly on the order when you return it to us.

• No returns should not be sent back to us without getting a returns authorization number.

• Please make sure that each item you wish to return is sent back intact in its original packaging to make sure the returned items are in a resalable condition.
• Where possible please return any order in the original outer packaging that the order was delivered in. All returned items should be received by us no later than 30 days from the date of original delivery to you.
• All returned items will be inspected and if the returned items have been returned appropriately a full credit for those items will be raised within 5 working days.  It may take a little longer for the money to appear back in your account. We will contact you to discuss any goods that fail inspection upon their return.
