Powerheart G5 AED Defibrillation Pads -Adult

These Powerheart G5 AED Defibrillation Pads are replacement pads for use with both the Fully and semi-automatic Powerheart G5 AED. The replacement pads simply need plugging into the AED and are then ready for use when required.

The pads are sealed in a foil outer wrapping protecting them from damage prior to use. The wrapping provides clear instructions and illustrations on how to open and apply the pads to a casualty.

It is recommended that in addition to the pair of pads currently attached to the AED that another set of pads is on-site at all times. This ensures that the AED is ready for use even immediately after it has been used.

Defibrillation pads are single use and therefore should be discarded immediately after use. The pads should also be regularly checked to ensure that the packaging is not damaged or that they have not surpassed their expiry date. If this is the case the pads should be replaced immediately.
